Podcast Episode 76 – Running War Stories

Running War StoriesIn this episode we share some running war stories from training runs and races gone bad. We also got a TON of submissions from listeners and Team Shenanigans Running Teammates who shared their own running war stories. The moral is that we all have bad runs, and often, persevering in the face of adversity gives you a great feeling of accomplishment in hindsight – although it’s pretty miserable at the time. We also discuss not beating yourself up when you make the decision to bail on a race (DNS).
