In this episode we’re joined by husband-and-wife Ultra and Trail Running team James and Shannon Whipple. They take us through their journey from non-runners to finishers of multiple 100-mile ultramarathons including Leadville and Western States. They share some advice about trail running, training for trails and ultras, fueling strategies and more. They also talk a little about Shannon’s work as a race director and James’s work as a running coach.
